He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? (Romans 8:32 ESV)
The great truth of the Bible is that God is with us, and rather than despising us for our sins, God loves us. Paul’s rhetorical question in Romans 8:32 underscores the intensity and sincerity of God’s love. If God “gave his only Son” to save the world (John 3:16 ESV), then there is nothing else that God would hold back to demonstrate his love for us. The gift of his son proves that God will “graciously give us all things.” God does not withhold his favor from his children.
Recognize that God is with you and cares for you. He is for you and not against you. The Lord wants the best for you. Trust in his goodness and generosity today. Let the favor of the Lord be evident in your joyful countenance. Let the grace of God be evident in your positive outlook. God is for you.
